Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of Integrity Tech Partners’ solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and the latest IT advancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions such as endpoint protection, cloud services, and managed IT.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Traveling Installation Technician (Retail Projects – Nights)
Job Title: Traveling Installation Technician (Retail Projects – Nights)
Location: Based in Michigan – Nationwide Travel Required
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
Integrity Tech Partners is hiring Installation Technicians for nationwide retail deployment projects. This is a full-time traveling position with extended assignments lasting 15–24 weeks at a time. Work is performed overnight while stores are closed.
We are willing to train the right candidate. If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to work hard, we’ll teach you the rest.
Responsibilities

Pulling, dressing, and terminating Cat6 cabling

Mounting and installing security cameras

Installing and configuring POS systems

Working from ladders and lifts in commercial environments

Following site plans and project instructions

Maintaining clean and professional job sites

Representing Integrity Tech Partners professionally on client sites
Requirements

Must be willing to travel for extended periods (15–24 weeks at a time)

Must be willing to work overnight shifts consistently

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Construction or low-voltage experience is a plus (not required)
